Company History:

Cigar House started as a small retail tobacco shop and lounge in Upland, California. We were looking for an avenue into small business and we were attracted to the cigar and lounge concept. After two and a half years learning the business and industry in a retail format we found it to be more profitable and fulfilling to provide a service to tobacco consumers through online sales and our consignment business. Daily, we have the pleasure of meeting wonderful people doing something we enjoy! We look forward to continued growth while providing the customer service our customer’s value.

Getting Started:

1. Identify if our consignment business model will add value and profitability to your organization.
     If you prefer to purchase direct verses on consignment that can be arranged.
2. Do you have a Retail Tobacco License?
     If you do not Cigar House will obtain one for you at OUR expense!
     Cigar House must maintain a copy our consignee’s license at all times per California law. Each year we will
      request a copy of your renewed license.
3. Review our standard consignment contract, the type of cigar selection that will suite your business, and equipment that will go along with your décor and footprint.
4. The initial set up date will be arranged after the contract is signed and a copy of your Retail Tobacco License is acquired.
    Set up will include; organizing the floor presentation, training employees, training on our interactive
       website, review of all assets and initial supply of product.

Ongoing Support:

1. Cigar House will inventory the product, maintenance the humidifier, and provide training once a month or on an as needed basis.
2. Cigar House will provide a monthly Sales Invoice at the time of inventory.
3. All accounts may be COD, net 15, or net 30.
4. Cigar House will report and PAY all monthly tobacco sales to the Board of Equalization.
    Consignee will collect and is responsible for paying California State Sales Tax only.
5. Cigar House is available for Cigar rolling events, Cigar education nights, or additional promotional events at the consignee’s request.
6. Cigar House provides a complete Cigar catalog and will recommend a cigar selection for our Clients based on demographics. (catalog available only at www.cigar-house.com )
7. Note: Our user friendly interactive website allows our Clients to order product, record sales, and keep track of inventory.
